5x2 HSPUs to an approx. 1" - 2" stop (one of those squishy balance pillow thingies)
3x3 squat clean/push press @ 95, 115, 135
Approx. 20 min. of boot camp - 3x1 min./exercise, 30 sec. between each station. The usual stuff - jump squats, push ups, plank, crunches, shuffle-line touch, some dumbell exercise, etc. Hard and fast and then out.

boot camp is usually an hour
