Tuesday Climbing Gym

2 X 12 inverted sit-ups
2x12 knees to chest
Superset:
3x5 Squat 95# (these felt good)
3x16 back extensions

Superset:
3x5 Bench 80#
Chins 3, 2, 1 - sad
Finished with 10 negative pull-ups and some sun salutations.

NO SUPERSETS!

Psst. Karen - avoid supersets for pure strenght sets. If you want to couple bench with another exercie, just bump up the reps (even if you have to get off the bar w/in set), take no rest between exercises, and call it metcon!
