Karen Wednesday

5 min row
10, 10 incline sit-ups
10, 10 knee raises
5 per side oblique knee raises

Squat 3x5 @ 90 (form was much better than at 95)
Bench 10 @ 45, 5 @ 65, 3x5 @ 85 but needed a spotter's help and the last few of each set
Back extensions, 20, 12, 12 superset with chins
Chins 2, 2, 2, 2 :( Waaaaaah! 3 just would not happen.

What's this "needed spotter's help" that you speak of?

Dude - I joined the Y for spotters.

I couldn't push up the last rep, but I had a spotter.

I mean, that you should report what you did on your own. So if you can get four on your own and fail on the 5th it would be reported as a set of 5 of which you got four.
There's information there that is useful.
