Front squat: 45 x 5; 65 x 4 (I only meant to do 1 or 2 and got distracted); 75 x 5; 85 x5; 95 x 5
These felt pretty good, though need to watch forward lean. Dude next to me on Smith machine commented he had "never seen a female doing front squats before."
Squat: 95 x 5; 85 x 15
I set out to do 95 x 15 but it didn't happen.
TGUS: 5 each side w/ 15#KB; 4 each side with 25#KB

How do you get distracted?
You stayed the same on your 3x5 on front squat but added 12% for your set of 15 (!)?
