Run 400m; 21 55#DB swings; 5 burpees
Ran the 400s on the treadmill in 2 min. each. Metcon took about 9 min. overall.
3 x 10 decline situps with 25#KB

Nice work Mel. Perhaps a better sub for the 12 HSPUs (you subbed 5 burpees) would be 12 regular push ups. Upper body work like the HSPU w/o the cardio/whole body demand of burpees.
