Squat: 45 x 5; 65 x 5; 85 x 1; 95 x 3 x 5
Run: 15 min. (1.4 miles)
Decline situps with 15#KB: 3 x 10
After six weeks on this program I am going to CFT. I just looked up my old CFT from March 2, below. Yikes - I have some work to do.
Squat: 135
Deadlift: 220 (failed 225)
OHP: 75 (failed 80)
Total: 430

Because those numbers from two months ago are *still* my maxes.
Silly grasshopper, two whole months??!?!?!
I first benched 300 in high school (1991 or 92), in college I hit 350 (say 1996), down here I hit 365 or 370 (2004 or 05) and did 350 again a couple of months ago.
I feel like you're trying to tell me something, and you've been trying to tell me it over and over for the past several weeks. What could it be...

How about "Great job Mel! last summer you DLed 135, this summer 230, call that 100lbs in a year - at this rate you'll be DLing 1200lbs by 2019."
