First I did Curious George
3 rounds of:
DL 400x1
6 pullups/6dips
PC 195x3
HSPUx4
DL was probably an OK weight but I had a couple mis-starts trying to rush through it, pullups sucked (only did 3 on the last round), and PC was a little too heavy (only got 2 on round 2 and dropped to 145 on the last set whcih was too light)
This sucked.
Then we did snatch and carry
ladder from 5 down to 1 of 95# or 65# snatches (55 for ladies) with sandbag driveway carries in between.

Yeah, tough workout; the sandbag destroyed my lower back. I'm like an old man today.
