Chris Monday

Weighted pull-ups and dips. After BW warm ups did the following added loads:

Pull-ups - 25x5, 45x3, 55x2, 70x2, 80x1, 80x1

Dips - 45x5, 55x4, 70x3, 80x2, 90x2, 100x1

Do you kip with weight?
