Karen Tuesday

I call this workout "50's"
5 rounds of 10 each of
push-ups
sit-ups
back extensions
squats

plus four pull-ups, but I am still really sore from yesterday. Will do pause pull-ups soon.

Five pullups is your goal, yes?
I think next workout you aren't sore you should pop out 5 before you do anything. I have a high degree of confidence that you will do it.

K-ron - did you do this WO for time, or rest as needed?

I did it for time - 17.43 minutes. I was really out of breath from it. I was supposed to go for 20 minutes, but couldn't go on.

Sam - 5 pull-ups is my goal. your encouragement makes me smile and smile. I hope I can do it. I'll try this weekend.

Whoops - I didn't time this one, it was the thruster/pull up one that I timed.

I did them all in a row with no rests, though.
