Hmm, I like the speed bench and squat. Was that a set of 3 each minute for 8 minutes?

That is correct. Since I'm getting back to heavy weights I need to start adding a speed day for power production Westside Barbell-style to continue progress.

Melanie, when you get back to strength training after a layoff this will be very similar to your 3rd wo of the week.
