Front squat 5x5. Started out with 135, but after 1 rep it was clear my wrists/forearms were going to need to warm up. Loads = 95, 95, 115, 135, 155
Followed this with 3 rounds of:
10 reps 250lb. DL
10 pull ups
10 burpees
Took around 11 min.
Finished with 26 more burpees and some L-sits
