Kayron Tuesday

Bench 5 reps: 65, 75, 80, 80 (PR on the 80, I think)
Squat 5 reps: 45, 55, 65, 65 (good form - I read the chapter on squats in Starting Strength last night.)
DL 1 rep: 135, 145, 155 PR, 155 (fail), 145, 145, 145

See Sam? I can follow instructions.

24 burpees
See Chris? I can do metcon.
