Warmups
Worksets:
Bench: 9o x 3, 9o x 2
Squat: 120 x 3 x 2, 120 x 2
Clean and Press: 70 x 3 x 2
(push pressed all but the first rep)

50 burpees when I got home

Saturday
Jogged for 20 minutes, about 2.25 miles
100 25# KB swings straight through
20 burpees
