Chris Monday


Home from work (yeah!) and did not want to lift anything heavy anyway this week, so

a. worked on muscle up progression - gradually raising rings and jumping pull up, doing around 3 reps at each of 4 heights, until the point I could not get past the transition point. It's going to be a while.


Then did a frannish WO - 3 rounds of:

17 - 75lb. thrusters (75lb. is all the weight I have, 17 reps is the # I could do comfortably w/o putting the bar down)

17 pull ups


Finished with some forearm levers (using a DB w/ weights on 1 end only).

Did my 29 burpees before supper.

Can you do a flip on the rings yet? I totally used to be able to do those at the playground. Uh, when i was like 10. Much older now. It might hurt...

You mean where you bring your feet up and all the way over, like a forward flip, letting go and landing on your feet? I think I can do that.
