Melanie: Friday

10 burpees
10 minutes Beach Babe 2.0: Alternating 30 sec. of jump rope, 30 sec. 25# KB swings
10 burpees
5 L leg raises on pull up bar
10 burpees
5 L leg raises on pull up bar
10 burpees

Jump rope was harder than jogging but liked it better, except for getting all tangled up in my iPod.
