Chris Wednesday

Warm up included a nice sequence I developed to help my snatch (don't say it...): w/95lb. did power snatch, 3 OH squat, 1 snatch balance. Did this sequence 2x before squatting.
Squats 5x5, loads = 135, 185, 225, 245, 265
Power clean - 3 sets of 7 @ 135lb.
OH press 5x5, loads = 95, 105, 105, 105, 105 (yeah, been going heavier, but I was tired and wanted to stay away from push press and work on initiation strength)
