Karen Wednesday

3x5 on everything

DL 135# (I almost failed on the last one.)
Power Clean and press 55#
Power Clean 65# (only 2 sets of 5)
Squat 55#

Then 10 ktes
Pull-ups 2,1
Dips 2

Interestingly, sometimes my left side gets a little weak, and it is weak now. Nothing much changed except I dropped 5 lbs on my DL. I am happy about that.

Why DL and power cleans on the same day?

I forgot to do them yesterday when I benched and squatted.

If you forget - which is difficult with three things - just make it up on the next workout where you're supposed to do them. Or you could not forget. Maybe write it down?

Are you planning on doing the wo I sent?

Karen- what I do is just make Sam tell me, over and over and over again, what I'm supposed to do. And then sometimes I forget or even, once in a while, deliberately disobey. It works well for me and just amuses Sam to no end!
