4 rounds of:
10 burpees
25 25# KB swings
10 walking lunges with 45#DB in each hand
10 box jumps
25 bicycles
Took about 20 minutes. Hard. Hardest part was walking lunges (not burpees! thanks burpee challenge!); had to switch to 35# DB for last round of lunges. Took 20 minutes.
