Sore Corps Sunday

5 rounds of the following:

~ 40 yds. gravel bag carry
10 burpees
~ 30 yds. weighted sled drag
10 strikes w/ sledge hammer
5 Russian twists w/ 10' ~80lb. pole

Worked on muscle up progression on the rings before hand and did some pinch grip work afterwards. Fun. A little sore all over and tired today (Monday).

This was challenging and, dare I say it, fun? I am sore all over today so I think it met its goal.
