Chris Monday

Deadlift - 5 reps each at 135, 225, 315, plus set of 4 at 335 (grip started to go). Then, since there were still a few fibers in my triceps that were not destroyed from Friday and the muscle up progression I did pre-Sore Corps Sunday, did 4 rounds of the following:
15 reps of 115 lb. push press
500 m row on C2
This took 21 min.

Then did 3 sets of KTEs - 12, 10, 10
