Chris Friday

Yea deadlifts! After a couple warm up sets did 225x3, 245x3, 275x3, 315x2, 335x2, 365x1, and 375x1 (PR). Then, 2 sets of 2 snatch grip DLs with 225.

Metcon - 50 burpees for time (this was not my idea, dammit): 3:56
