Thursday's xfit WO:
50 ring dips
run 400m
50 pushups
run 400m
50 HSPUs
run 400m
I can't really do more than maybe 1 or 2 HSPUs so, scaled by placing feet on a railing, butt high in the air, hands close together. Total time was somewhere around 13 min., and I ran an extra lap (1/12 mile) the first round by accident. Ring dips are getting much easier, but this WO totally crushed my triceps and was generally dang hard.

Good God, man, what a work-out. I seriously hope you shower after these lunch-time workouts. Cuz you prolly need to--especially after that one.
Oh wait--that was an evening one. Mel just has to deal with you. Don't worry about showering then.
No, that was a lunch time (I did the Thus. WO today), and yes I showered and used deodorant and everything. I'm going to floss after lunch too...
Good. Excellent oral hygiene is important to your workouts.
