Monday"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups (All but 14 of these were real with no jumps. The last reps of each round had the jumps.)
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
8 rounds
Then 23 burpees (these were hard after Cindy. I did them in sets: 8, 10, 5)

8 rounds! Fantastic. Looks like you have conquered the pull up once and for all.
"Cindy" is a great bench mark WO. It starts getting hard pretty fast.
Rippetoe calls Cindy "a vicious wretched bitch."
