10 minutes straight of Shoulder O's with 10# KB
I did alternating rounds of 5 per side. Got four rounds in (was actually 10:22)
10 Minutes of Beach Baby:
30 seconds 20# KB swings, 30 seconds jog
Jogged the length of the yoga studio at Health+ back and forth. This was pretty fun. Will probably use heavier kettlebells for both mini-WOs next time.
