Melanie: Monday

Was short on time so just did some quick jumping jacks, air squats, etc. to warm up.

Deadlift
135 x 3; 140 x 5; 150 x 5; 160 x 5
Really concentrated on not rounding my back. I think I largely succeeded, except for reps 3 & 4 on the last set.

Front Squat
45 x 5; 55 x 8; 65 x 8; 70 x 8
These were good. I will say, for some reason they make me feel kind of BA.

22 Burpees
outside in the beautiful sunshine on the Health+ balcony.

2 jumping pullups

Ran for 20 minutes after work with Chris.
