Deadlift: 135 x 3; 160 x 5; 165 x 5; 170 x 5
Had to pause after rep 3 @170 due to grip

Front Squat: 45 x 5; 60 x 8; 70 x 8; 75 x 2 x 4
75 was hard; hence 2 sets

29 burpees
They burn my quads like the fires of hell!!!

Burpees are for suckers. Take a page out of my book and sit on your ass all week from vital exhaustion. Now THAT is hard work.
