10 burpees
Run 1 mile on treadmill.
Mile times were 10 min., 9 min., 9.3 min. The last mile about killed me, and if I didn't have this blog to post it on, I probably would've crapped out at about 2.2 miles. But I kept on. Very tedious running on the treadmill with that little time and mile ticker right there in front of you the whole time.
2 more burpees at the end. Lifestyle though they may be, I will continue to post them, because they're freakin' hard.

Your mile times are very good! Although the fact you keep running them indicates you may have gone insane.
Mel - do you realize that each of your times per mile is probably faster than your fastest single mile pace a year ago?
Thanks guys - Chris, I only realized this after you told me when I was complaining about how badly this workout whipped me. You are completely right - this time last year I was running 11 minute miles (and barely finishing)
