Did my burpees Wednesday and Thursday, 24 & 25
Friday evening at the Muscle Box:
Warmed up on the various weights before worksets of:
Bench 95 x 2 x 2 (awesome)
Squat 125 x 2 x 3 (I think. Sam, just edit this if it's wrong). Failed on rep 3 on the second set.
Clean and push press: 75 x 3. Tweaked my hip on the last rep so stopped and didn't do second set.
1 Negroni
At home: 26 burpees

a negroni is a cocktail - sweet vermouth, campari and gin.
