Is a shoulder-o a kind of cereal?

I am imagining you drawing a giant O in the air. Not sure if you a doing an upper-case or a lower-case O.

Hack squat = back squat?

I am not ever interested in ever doing "shoulder-0's" EVER, unless I have been thoroughly goaded into it.

I actually like the hack squat. As an assistance exercise of course.
