Sam, I am particularly impressed with your use of these various kettlebell exercises. May we always remember the goodness of the kettlebell. And the burpees. I have about 49 of them waiting for me tonite. But I am on steroids so it should be easy. Even though it's not that kind of steroids.

Fantastic! And guess what my boss said to me yesterday. She said, "Melanie I want you to go to the gym with me so you can show me that weightlifting you do, so I can do that when I can't go to aerobics." I was agog and then visibly gleeful. She asked why I was so excited. I just said I've been trying so hard to get converts that getting a volunteer was so incredibly exciting. Even though I haven't lifted since Sunday, my heart remains committed! Just have a cold! I think these steroids are making me type even more than usual! Will stop now!

Make her drink the Kool-aid! We'll see how long this "when I can't go to aerobics" crap lasts once she sees the glory of the barbell.
