Chris Thursday

Squat - wanted to do a low volume WO, but not go too light, so did
135x5, 205x5, 225x5, 245x3, 265x2, 275x1

Front squat - 2x5 @ 135, 1x5 @ 155

Bench press - 135x8, 155x7, 175x5, 185x4 superseted each set w/ 8 strict pause pull ups

39 burpees in 2:45

You are a monster, Chris. Burpees for time?? After all those pull ups and what not?

Nice. Pause pullups are paused at the top, oui?

Paused at top and bottom, making sure I was at full extension at the bottom, and getting as high as possible at the top.

The surprising thing is, this AM my traps and neck are sore. I think from the front squats - trying to keep elbows and chest up. Need to do more of those. The list goes on.

Amazing isn't it? I figure I should be doing about 30 exercises or something.
