Off from work today, so did Dan John inspired WO at the Lipscomb field.
Warm up with 5 repeats of stadium step sprints, then
Backwards sled drag (40lb. load) ~ 150 yds
Sled drag w/ hip belt, carrying unloaded farmers walk implements (~20lb. each - held by 2.5" body, rather than handles) ~ 150 yds.
Farmers walk 50lb. each hand for ~ 300 yds.
5 x 40 yd. sprint
