Squat: 45 x 5; 65 x 5; 100 x 3; 85 x 3 x5
OHP: 45 x 5; 65 x 5 (push pressed #5); 55 x 3 x 5
Power Cleans: 45 x 5; 65 x 3 x 5
L-raises: 3 x 5
Hip swivel was pronounced at 100, so I dropped down to 85 and focused on slow descent, keeping core tight, pushing knees out at the bottom and keeping hips in line. I could've gone heavier with the power cleans, but was taking it a little easy.
