Karen Tuesday

All my muscles are still fatigued from the weekend.
So I did:
Climbing Gym
2, 1, 1 pull-ups
Bench: 3 @ 87.5 (PR), 4 @ 85, 7 @ 75
Squat: 3x5 @ 65 (these were hard)
Prisoner curls w/ 45 lb bar: 7, 7

Then me and 3 other climbers spent about 15 minutes making muscles in the mirror.

Posing in front of a mirror is not something the communists would do. So, PTTP is obviously not for you...
