Tues - worked on forward rolls, backwards rolls, and fit-ins for hip toss. One of the guys in class got nauseous and was pretty much ruined for the rest of class. Also worked on unbalancing and sweeps, then a little mat work.
Wednesday - clean/3 front squat/3 split jerk complex. 95, 115, 135, 155 (missed the jerk, rested a little, then finished). Then 3x3 split jerks @ 135. Followed with about 20 min. of boot camp. Pretty tough circuit today (if you went AFAP): 50 jump rope turns, 5 floors of stairs, 20 push ups, 2 floors, broad jump/burpee around the mini-gym. Heat, eat, repeat. There was also a 5 min. ab segment: 20 bicycles, 10 V-ups, 20 full sit ups. Repeat.
Oh yeah, and 22 neg. HSPUs.
