Bench 3x5 at 85 (I needed a little spot help on the last few of these)
I forgot sneakers and only had flip flops, so I didn't squat or DL last night.

Wednesday
3 rounds of
12 jumping pull-ups (almost a kip)
25, 25 lb kb swings
72lb squat x 5 (PR? I think yes for a real, deep squat)
then
DL, 122 x1 , 144 (PR) x1, 133 x4
