K-ron Thursday

I was in the middle of the filthy fifty when Meg came over to discuss Joey's shower, so I got derailed.

I did do this:
50 Box jump, step w/ 2 risers
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 25 lb
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows (These were really hard, so I alternated with back extensions.)
40 Back extensions

26 minutes
I did not do the OHP, jump rope, wall ball, or the burpees. Maybe tomorrow. This was still a good workout.
