Last week did some stuff at the hotel gym incl. some DB pull-overs from a wrestler's bridge. Neck was sore (in a good way) for a couple days. Friday, after working on muscle ups, ring dips, etc., did the following metcon: 95lb. thruster/pull-ups - 1/1, 2/2, 3/3, etc. up to 10/10. Took me 13:23. Will be faster next time.
Today worked on squat snatch with light weight, then did 3x3 95lb. hang power snatch. Metcon - 4 rounds of 10 reps each of 225lb. DL and 10 pull ups. Just under 8 minutes. DL and pull ups are an ugly combination....
