Karen Thursday

Squat 3x5 89 (PR!)
Pull-ups 4,4,3
PC (I'm hip to your jive now) 67
Dips 15,15,15
OHP 50.5 (I couldn't do 56 like last week. Perhaps because I did pull-ups and dips first.)

Also - I benched 90 on Tuesday. 90! Hooray for me. I am still proud, so I am writing about it again.

What wo plan are you following now?
(and yes, dips before OHP = crappy OHP)

I am still following your plan, I just added some stuff. I look at the crossfit website every day, so I follow that too. Should I still follow your plan? Want to make a new plan? I know I am bad a following directions - but I am trying.

Me! Karen, you could do sam's plan and alternate with CrossFit days, I think. I was on a plan like that for a while and really liked it.

I knew I was going to be in trouble when I couldn't OHP 56 lbs because of the 45 dips. So. On Sam days - I'll do the Sam stuff first, then do other stuff - like pull-ups. Or - on Sam days, just do Sam stuff?

I'll listen to you, Sam :)

I'd just do Sam stuff on Sam days.
Keep in mind Sam stuff includes martini drinking.
