Chris Tuesday
Did the crossfit WOD as warm up for kickboxing class.
50 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10 double unders/sit ups. Took about 12 min.
Then did a little self-defense review followed by combination work on Thai pads, finishing up with about 8 min. of clinch drill.
