I talked about exercising and thought about exercising. But it was a rest day.
Friday
I did 5 rounds of
10 walking lunges with a 25# dumb bell in each hand (so 50# total, 5 each leg)
15 25# one-arm kettlebell swings on each arm
I don't have a 50# dumb bell even thought this was how the original workout was designed.
