Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.*
*I did take a pee break.
Also, I pretty much met my T-day goal. Chris says I did - I think it was 4.9 pull-ups, but I can call it 5.

How about an overhead press goal? The yang to pullup's yin.
I'd set a goal but I'm doing this strange workout until then which precludes sensible goals.
