Chris Wednesday

Intervals on stationary bike:
8 x 1 min. as hard as possible/30 sec. easy spin
Total time w/ warm up and cool down was 20 min.

Then, 5 rounds of
20 sit ups
20 back extensions

Finished with 2 x 20 sec. L-sit w/ parallette bars
