For a warm-up, I did one 65# OH press. Who knew?
I also did Fran today, 7 min 45 sec.
I used 45# for the thrusters and did negative pull-ups for all except for the first two.
3 rounds, 15-12-9 reps.
Great job on this, Chris. I'm happy you didn't puke.

What a happy surprise on OH press! 75 will be here in no time. Not to be a negative Nelly, but be sure you're not push pressing.
You cad! I was not push pressing. I took a deep breath, held my stance still, and pressed that barbell up.
I think we knew already. Although I guess I would have guessed 60 like Chris.
Maybe 80 is a better goal?
