Box jumps
Sumo deadlift high pull with 35# KB
OH press (Round 1: 20# KBs, Rounds 2, 3: 10#KBs)
Wall ball with 4# medicine ball (so cute)

Rest one minute between rounds.
The whole thing took 19:05 minutes, so an extra few minutes snuck in there switching between stations. I didn't keep up with reps but was pushing it the whole time and got plenty. Laid on the mat for a while afterwards. I realized today that I've started to look forward to laying half dead on the mat as my post-workout reward. After the past three workouts, my quads are complete toast. I'm hobbling, but I feel pretty BA.
