Karen Thursday

First, I need to say that I am especially heavy today. I think there is something wrong with gravity.

I went to the Rock climbing gym to work out, so I climbed after I did this:

Bench 62#
2 sets x 10 reps - easy peasy
Close grip bench 45#
2 sets x 8 reps - easy peasy
Squat 80#
2 sets x 10 reps - pretty easy
OHP 45#
2 sets x 8 reps - hard hard hard, I push pressed the last 4.
Abs
A whole mess of different stuff.
