loads = 25, 35, 45, 60, 70
burn out bodyweight set of 35 to finish
Then, worked on handstands a little, followed by a short metcon - 4 rounds of:
10 - 75lb. thrusters
10 - KTEs
Did this WO about 45 min. ago and the pain in my upper arms is starting to settle in nicely.
