Chris Friday

Squat 5-5-5-5-5
Loads = 135, 185, 225, 245, 245 - decided not to go too heavy today, as DLs had me moving a little slowly.
OH press 5-5-5-5-5
Loads = 95, 115, 115, 115, 115 - had to use a little hip drive on the last reps of the last 2 sets.

Then, 3 rounds AFAP of: 10 burpees, and 20 decline situps with 12lb. med ball swung from OH to feet. Not fun, esp. when my abs started cramping...

Rested a few minutes and then finished with 3 sets of 2/side TGUs with 40lb. DB.
