Chris Tues/Wed

Tuesday in MA class worked on Kali double stick drills, kickboxing combinations, and submissions from the guard. 10 burpees.

Wednesday practiced muscle-up progression with feet on the floor, jumping into dip. Have a nice raw spot on the inside of my L wrist. Then did 3 rounds for time of:
10 - 75 lb thrusters (that's all the weight I had...dang)
10 - pull ups
10 - ring dips
took about 6:30
After a brief recovery did 3 sets of 2 reps each side of 53lb. KB clean & press, some bent press with bar only, and miscellaneous grip work, incl. using my new pinch-grip apparatus. Later did 11 burpees.
