Sam Weds. - Bench

Bench 2x5@300 (3,4)
Hard to push today - one of the warmup sets with 225 felt like 275 and I knew if was an off day.

Close-grip bench 2x5@235 (3, 5)

Barbell side press 3x5 45, 65, 65
Me love some side press. these will become a regular addition.
